08/06/2026Ordered these as a backup pair for reading, ended up using them more than my primary ones. Weight distribution is good — doesn’t keep sliding forward when I look down. The material feels like it can take a bump or two without snapping. I’m not huge on fashion, but the tortoise isn’t loud, just clean. For the cost, the build quality is better than what I’ve seen in stores at double the price. No complaints really.

01/06/2026Picked these up for my daily commute and they’ve honestly surprised me. The frame is surprisingly lightweight yet feels sturdy enough to survive being tossed into my bag. I was a bit skeptical about the square shape at first, but it actually balances out my round face nicely. The tortoise pattern is subtle enough to go with most of my outfits. Only wish the arms had a bit more grip so they don’t slide down when I’m rushing to catch the train.
