Just looking for something durable and not overpriced. These fit the bill. Color is a dark gunmetal, almost matte, resists fingerprints. Frame feels rigid, no wobble. I’m in my 60s and need readers that don’t make me look older. These Vanguard rectangles are a win. The metal frame is lightweight but sturdy, and the temple arms have a nice spring hinge—makes taking them on and off much easier on my arthritic fingers. The gunmetal goes with silver hair beautifully. Only wish the nose pads were a tad softer, but I can live with it.
